Water Seepage Continues

My wife and I paid dearly for AquaGuard Waterproofing Corporation’s use of an unlicensed subcontractor, totally unsupervised by them and without at any time telling us they used subcontractors.  The result: breach of contract and gross negligence.  Exterior roofing tar on the walls (imagine the stench) and a worthless interior sump pump drainage system.  I created this blog to help not only consumers but also to educate contractors.  Hopefully this information will be valuable to our elected representatives and those government officials charged with ensuring the laws and regulations are applied equitably and fairly, not allowing disreputable people an unfair advantage over those who play by the rules.

I’m putting posts front and center, rather than in a sidebar, as they are easier to preview and access.
